You can print out your gift voucher and hand it over in person, or we can email it directly to the recipient.

The voucher can be redeemed at www.thecottoncloud.com. The voucher and any remaining credit can be redeemed up to the end of the third year following the year of the voucher purchase.

The voucher can only be redeemed before completing the ordering process. Subsequent offsetting is not possible. Only one voucher can be redeemed per order. Partial redemption is possible.

The voucher can only be used to purchase goods and not to purchase additional vouchers.

Voucher orders can only be canceled if the voucher has not yet been redeemed.
