Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking link once your order has shipped.

Taxes & duties:
For Switzerland, Norway, UK and the USA, all taxes and import duties are already included in the price.
For all other non-EU countries, duties may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery, except personalised items.
Return shipping:
Germany: Upon request, we provide a return label for €2.95. The amount will be deducted from the refund.
EU & International: Returns must be arranged by the customer. A tracked service is recommended.

Refunds cover the product cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Faulty items:
If an item is defective, we will replace it and cover all shipping costs.
Conditions for returns:
• Item unused, undamaged, with original packaging
• Returned within 14 days
• Personalised items cannot be returned
Loss of Value
If an item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we reserve the right to apply a reasonable deduction for any loss of value, as we can only resell products that are unused and in perfect condition.
Hygiene Notice
Products with direct food contact (e.g. bottles, lunch boxes, or food jars) can only be returned if unused, for hygiene reasons.
Undelivered Shipments
We of course want your order to reach you without any issues. If a shipment cannot be delivered or is not collected, we will usually contact you to find a solution and arrange a reshipment.
