Gift as You Like!

You can print out your gift voucher and hand it over personally, or we can send it directly to the recipient by email.

The voucher can be redeemed at www.thecottoncloud.com. The voucher and any remaining balance are valid until the end of the third year after the year of purchase.

The voucher can only be used before completing the order process. It cannot be applied retroactively. Only one voucher can be used per order. Partial redemption is allowed.

The voucher can only be used for purchasing goods, not for buying other vouchers.

Voucher orders can only be canceled if the voucher has not been redeemed yet.
