<tc>Returns & Exchanges</tc>

You can return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Germany: Upon request, we provide a return label for €2.95. The amount will be deducted from your refund.
EU & International: Returns must be organized and covered by the customer.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued via the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the amount to appear in your account.
Items must be unused and in original condition to be eligible for return. Products that have been used, especially items with direct food contact, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the damaged item. We will review the case promptly and cover all shipping costs while sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

Our stainless steel bottle features a soft silicone spout that opens with gentle pressure. Liquid is only released when the spout is lightly pressed while drinking.
Yes. Thanks to its specially designed silicone spout, our stainless steel bottle remains leak-resistant even when the lid is open and the bottle is held upright or upside down. Liquid is only released when the spout is gently pressed.
The Tritan bottle features a classic drinking system. When the lid is open, liquid may flow out, especially if the bottle is tilted or held upside down. Please make sure to close it properly after use.
Our Tritan bottles are generally suitable from approximately 12 months.
Our stainless steel bottles are recommended from around 36 months, as the spout requires gentle pressure when drinking.
Drinking ability may vary depending on each child’s development.
Our bottles are designed for still water. Carbonated beverages can build up pressure inside the bottle and may affect the seal, potentially causing leakage.
For hygiene reasons, bottles can only be returned if they are unused and in their original condition. Bottles that have been used with liquids cannot be returned.
Yes. Replacement spouts are available for our bottles, allowing you to replace individual parts and extend the lifespan of the product without needing to buy a new bottle.
